Оставленные места как неопериферии современности: основные направления исследований

Аннотация

В современном мире диспропорции социально-экономического развития не уменьшаются, а, напротив, растут. При этом отстающие территории получили негативный импульс за счёт процесса глобализации и его последствий, а также решений властей в ключе глобализации. Подобные территории получили наименование «оставленные места» – «left behind places». Целью статьи является проведение анализа теоретических основ оставленных мест и выявление основных направлений их исследования. Это было осуществлено благодаря анализу современных и ретроспективных материалов. В результате были определены теоретические основы, основные показатели, сходства и различия с перифериями вообще. Выделено семь основных тематик исследования «оставленных мест»: теоретическое направление, методика определения и типологии, проблемы внутреннего (неоэндогенного) развития, связи оставленных мест с ростом политического популизма и оппозиционных сил, политические меры для решения проблемы оставленных мест, оставленные места Глобального Юга, отдельные темы исследования.
