Проблемы межевания земельных паёв как препятствие к их консолидации и получение земельных субсидий

В статье рассмотрены проблемы размежевания земельных паёв в Азербайджане и способы их решения. Суть этих проблем заключается в несоответствии геодезических координатных данных земельных участков на местности с данными, указанными в документах, зарегистрированных в Государственном Земельном Реестре страны. Актуальность рассмотрения данной проблемы на сегодняшний день непосредственно связана с необходимостью проведения в Азербайджане нового этапа земельной реформы. Суть этой реформы заключается в проведении консолидации фрагментированных земельных паёв в стране. С учётом того, что без решения проблем размежевания этих земель провести их консолидацию невозможно, возникла необходимость найти способы их решения. В статье с указанием очерёдности выполнения необходимых работ в подробной форме изложены пути решения всех проблем размежевания земельных паёв.
